Vintage Labels: Shabby Best Wishes
Happy Wednesday! I managed to get up when the alarm went off today, schwooo! I don't know why this year I've started turning it off and continuing to sleep! Ugh! I set the alarm on my iPhone as an emergency back-up now and put it across the room! Smart thinking, huh?!
Here's another SU Leadership Conference sample, and I actually branched out of my *simple* stamping and did a *technique*! ha! I stamped the Vintage Label image in Versamark ink on Watercolor Paper, then heat embossed with clear embossing powder. Lastly, I watercolored the Rich Razzleberry ink on top of it with my Aquapainter. I think it's called Emboss Resist? Maybe? And miracle of all miracles, I used some Very Vanilla hodgepodge hardware that I hoard terribly!
Okey dokey, I better skedaddle...I thought I would try to actually fix my hair today since dh said it looked "interesting" when I got home from work last night. Doh! The unpredictability of naturally curly hair, sigh. Thanks so much for stopping by! Hugs and happy stamping!

I love your sassy ribbon-ruffle-licious card!
YOUR RIBBON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fabby Angie, I love your card sooo much! Big hugs and happy day!
Love the watercolor...very nice. And all the rest, of course.
PS Let's see...where IS that little new home gift box you were supposed to be sending me? I've been checking my mail every day! ;-) Just kidding.
Beautiful Angie! love the faded color combo!
As always your card is darling. This is such a simple technique but I forget about it and don't use it. This is one of the reasons I am a follower of your blog. It comes up on my home page every time I open my computer.

So totally fabulous! I really love the colors, the design, the techniques... Heck, I love it ALL!! :)
I can sympathize with you on the curly hair issue. I don't think I've ever had a "hairstyle", it's just whatever my hair decides to do that day.
I love the card. The background you created is gorgeous!
oooh - love the ruffled ribbon!! I am a hoarder too - this is a darling card - have a good day!
