Sock Monkey: Thanks a Bunch

Happy Thursday! It's almost the weekend! Here's another Sock Monkey card for all you sock monkey lovers out there! I don't know how some people can hate him so much, he's soooo cute! *wink*

This is one of those cards that didn't turn out like planned. At one point I had stuck something by his hand with a glue dot then didn't like it so I pulled it off, which messed up the cardstock. This is why there is a brown bow stuck over his hand. lol! I do love those yummy new buttons and can't wait to get more! Is it August 11 yet?!

Oh, thanks for your movie tips! My nephew is 14 now (seems impossible!), and my sister said Wall-E wouldn't fly! How can that be?! I forgot about Kung Fu Panda, I really want to see that, but it probably won't fly either. It might end up being Hellboy or something! Not sure how my Mom will feel about that! lol!

Have a great day! Thanks for stopping by! Have you stamped something today?

Recipe
Stamps: Sock Monkey
Cardstock: Baja Breeze, Whisper White, Red Riding Hood, Bella Rosa DSP.
Ink: Staz-On Brown.
Accessories: Pure Color Pencils, Chocolate Chip Grosgrain Ribbon, Baja Breeze Button, Dimensionals.

Oh, how super cute! Just love that monkey! I just made a card with that monkey and with some of the same DP. Great minds think alike, huh?

I would do Indiana Jones over Hell Boy in a second. Good luck with whatever you choose!

I love the sock monkey AND the card you created. I think sock monkeys are really cute but unfortunately that is tainted with the fact that my cheating scumbucket of an ex-husband likes sock monkeys. So, unfortunately I think of him when I see a sock monkey and that is not pleasant!!! :-) Your cards are making it easier to like them for what they are though.

I admit it, I'm not a fan of the sock monkey. But, I have to say, this card is adorable! There's hope for him yet!
