Just Beclause

Hey peeps! Long time, no see! Hope you are all doing well! I just remembered that I had one extra Just Beclause card that I didn't use on my Catty Cruise post last week, so here it is! It's another one-layer card, this one done in Very Vanilla.

School is going well, I really do have the best class. They do say the cutest things, but unfortunately, I'm so exhausted I can never seem to remember them! lol! I need to start writing them down. I've been fighting some type of head cold/gunk thing for two weeks, but so far have avoided the dreaded flu, unlike dozens of other teachers and students at our two schools. I'm taking next Friday off and heading off to a scrapbooking retreat, so I'm super excited about that! I plan on making a HUGE stash of cards so I'll be prepared to share up until Thanksgiving break! Hee!

Take care and thanks for stopping by and hanging with me on my very sporadic posting! Hugs and happy stamping!!

Glad to see you found the energy to post this card. I can't wait to see your new creations.
I like this card, the stitching is so random and cute. Great work on a one layer card.
P.S. the kitchen reno has unleased some sort of domestic goddess here, I made jam the other day. Who does that? (not normally something I do)

Lucky you - a stamping retreat - you're gonna have so much fun - and can't wait to see what all you create :) Have you gotten the MDS yet? Would love to see your take on some scrapbooking pages!

Hey, Angie

You've been missed! I hope you start to feel better soon. My colleagues have started to get sick one by one and we are just getting starting on the quarterly financial statements, so we are keeping our fingers crossed really hard that this does not spread or else, it'll mean trouble...

Take care, and I'm looking for more pictures when you feel better!

Hi Angie, love the 1-layer card! The stitching adds a good detail.

I volunteer in our school's library when 1st, 2nd, & 3rd graders come in. I can relate to age of your students. I'm also figthing off some scratchy throat thing. I'm constantly using Purell. A little girl turned and sneezed on me the other day...just great!
