Happy Thursday! Thank goodness it's almost Friday, what a week!Here's a quick share of another card I made at the scrapbooking retreat. (Are you getting the feeling I haven't made anything new since the scrapbooking retreat? You would be right! lol!) I used the fabulous Big Shot with the the Movers and Shapers die and the special Holiday Windows Die from the Holiday Mini. The Movers and Shapers die with the coordinating dies are so cool and have so much potential, I definitely need to play more! This bird is beautiful, though, I love it! The black folded "ribbon" is a paper ribbon, gotta love making your own matching ribbon!
Since I mentioned the retreat again, I thought I better share this random photo below. On our way to the retreat in Lindale, we stopped for lunch in Terrell at a cafe we found on the Internet. However, it was no longer there, so we got a recommendation for another local restaurant, a Mexican food place...it happened to feature the Hunting Channel on a big-screen tv while you ate, nice, right?! Anyway, the food wasn't bad, but it was a little unsettling finding this on the bathroom floor after eating:

Lovely! I've been trying to figure out what to do with this shape. I think yours is the first card I've seen that has used it. I love the pattern paper backing the shape.
