Mr. Twigster: SSUS Holiday Mini Swap

Happy Thursday! It's almost Friday, whoo! hoo! Plus, we get to wear sweatshirts to school today (for some very valid educational reason/promotion that I forget right now)!

No time to stamp last night with stamp club, but I had a great time with the girls. We had a small group, more of them are coming Sunday this time, which will be fun too. Anyway, I realized I had never shown this Mr. Twigster card that I did for a Holiday Mini catalog swap. It was an extra card that I ended up shoving inside the car in the driver's door pocket and came across the other day, so the corners are a little banged up...so don't look too closely! lol! I used those fabulous felt flurries and stamped the Twigster on Kraft card stock and colored him in with white craft ink and a blender pen. Love that look...and so easy for a lazy *colorer* like me!

Oh, here's the cutest thing I've heard at school lately...when the sun was shining through the door and in a little boy's face, he said, "I can't see! The sun is turning me into blind!"

Hope you have a great Thursday! Thanks so much for stopping by! Hugs and happy stamping!

Cardstock: Chocolate Chip, Bashful Blue, Kraft, Whisper White, Ski Slope DSP.

Yay! Mr. Twigster! :D I simply must get my hands on some of those felt flurries, too.

Ah, little kids are so cute. My freshmen don't say much that I'd want to repeat on my blog! :P

Hi Angie,

I like your color choices (Kraft is my fav paper) but I'm afraid I have to say that Mr. T is not a fav. All he is missing is a raincoat to make him the perfect flasher! I think it's the boots and stick legs. It's just so clear that he is missing his pants! I haven't been brave enough to do anything but put him behind mounds of snow.

When I talked to Demo Support the other day and mentioned my suspicions it set the whole room off laughing. Then very cool and calm (and with only the hint of a smile) my DS buddy told me that Shelli would never have approved a lascivious drawing so it must be a snow induced hallucination on my part. Then she burst out laughing again!

I'm glad to see that humor and a sense of perspective is still in evidence at SU. Thanks for sharing. - Jean

I'm in love with Mr. Twigster (from afar). I love all snowmen. This holiday season, though, I'm not inviting any new ones into my home!
