Hey Girl!

Don't you love a rub-on that says "HEY GIRL!"?! It's from the new A Perfect Day rub-ons in the SU Occasional Mini Catalog, and it seemed appropriately sassy for this girly, little pink owl. The layout is based on Beate's Weekend Sketch #WSC41, go check it out and play if you haven't yet! I colored the owl with the Pure Color Pencils, still one of my favorite coloring tools.

My lazy weekend flew by too fast! I took pictures from Stamp Club yesterday so that I can post a tutorial for this project I posted the other day. Hopefully I'll have it up in a few days. After Stamp Club, I had to get busy and finish all the "schoolwork" I had put off the rest of the weekend. Doh!

Oh, almost forgot, yesterday's funny from dh after stamp club:
Dh: You have some glitter right here on your chin.
Me: That's weird, we didn't even use glitter on the stamp club projects today.
Dh: Well, if you walk in your stamp room, there's a good chance you're gonna come out with glitter on.
Me: {busting out laughing}

Thanks for stopping by and have a Happy Monday!

This is adorable. I never even noticed the Hey Girl rub on. Now I'm going to have to get them.

If it's glitter in your house it's embossing powder in mine. I never get it right into the container.
