Treasures

This is one SU Convention swap card that I have finished. It's pretty simple, but striking I think. One other design I made and have all the parts ready, but I will have to emboss when I return home. One more design I will share tomorrow, because the picture turned out too dark so I need to retake it. It will be all ready to go, except I'll need to hammer in the jumbo eyelet when I return home also. Didn't want to disturb the parents with all the hammering.

It's my last day here with the folks. Tomorrow I'll be visiting my grandparents before flying back to Dallas in the evening. I don't know how the time always goes so fast! Below is the picture of my garage sale "treasure"! Isn't it fabulous! It used to hold mail in an old post office. The slots are fairly small, but I'm sure I can find a good use for it! I got it for $30, can you believe that?!! Here's hoping for good treasures for all of you!

Recipe Stamps: Fabulous Flowers. Card Stock: Purely Pomegranate, Basic Black, Whisper White. Ink: Purely Pomegranate, Staz-On Black. Accessories: Half Slit Punch, 1/8 inch Circle Punch, Black Brad, Black Grosgrain Ribbon, Crafter's Tool Kit.
