Stamp Club Gatefold Card

Schwooo, trying to come up with a second project for Stamp Club last night, and I could not think of anything! Does that ever happen to you? And you get so tired and just want to go to bed, but you can't because you know there's no time tomorrow to come up with anything?!

Luckily, I found this gatefold card by Leslie Rich that I had starred in my Google Reader, so came up with this version of it. You know it can't be too hard, or I wouldn't have done it, being the lazy stamper that I am! I wanted to use some Sale-a-Bration sets, so this gave me the chance to use So Many Scallops and Lots of Thoughts. Plus, I got to use the fabulous new My Way arrow punch and Jersey Shore DSP, love that stuff! This picture below shows the inside view...the little arrow makes the photo turn that keeps it shut, which I thought was pretty clever! hee! hee!
Oh, and for the pumpkin border piece popping out below the green DSP, I used my 1/4" square punch to make random punches to mimic the geometric shapes in the DSP. It kind of reminds me of old computer punch tab cards, haven't seen those in a long time.

Well, I'm off now, still lots to do before club at 2:00! Have a great Sunday!

Recipe Stamps: So Many Scallops, Lots of Thoughts, So Happy. Card Stock: Whisper White and Pumpkin Pie, Jersey Shore DSP. Ink: Pumpkin Pie, Night of Navy, Wild Wasabi. Accessories: Scallop Circle Punch, 1/4" Square Punch, 1 1/4 and 1 3/8" Circle Punch, Earth Element Brad, Corner Rounder.

Looove It!! and I love the idea of keeping it shut with the little arrow. Maybe I'll case it to R & D for my stamp clubs next week!
