CAS-ual Fridays Stamps: September Sneak Peek #1

Happy Sunday! I'm so excited to share a sneak peek of the CAS-ual Fridays Stamps September release #1! Introducing: Wheat Wreath!

You will love this new set with beautiful sentiments to express gratitude as well as the fabulous wreath. For my first card, I went with the bold embossing on that pretty background paper. For the second card, I went with a softer, watercolor look. I smushed the orangey ink pads on a plastic sheet protector, sprayed the ink with a water mister, dipped the stamp in it, then stamped on the watercolor paper. After that dried, I repeated the process with the olive ink. Kristina Werner shared a video of the technique, love how easy and pretty it turns out.

Be sure and check out the amazing samples from the rest of the Girl Fridays here
They all created such different looks with this lovely new stamp set.

I'll be back tomorrow with sneak peek #2!

Thanks for stopping by! Hugs and happy stamping!

Such a great technique, Angie, on your second card!! Love that you stamped it a second time. I think that's been my problem, whenever I've tried that I always see the first stamped impression and it looks whimpy, and I get discouraged and abandon it. Thanks for the inspiration!!
