Happy Sunday! Hope you are enjoying your weekend! I'm fighting some kind of bug and a fever, so kind of uggghhhy here, but there's a big week ahead (STAAR benchmarking and Math Night!) so no time for this!
There are also a lot of important birthdays coming up this week, so I thought I'd better get started on some cards! I saw the Neat & Tangled challenge this week was "All About Buttons" so I thought I'd start with that. I scrunched up some more tissue paper and sewed it down to make a crepe paper look. I know, when I get on something, it's hard to stop! lol! I used the Neat & Tangled stamp set "Just Hello" and some October Afternoon letter stickers. More pink! *wink*
Okay, gotta face some laundry now, sigh. At least there's Downton Abbey in a little while!
Thanks so much for stopping by! Hugs and happy stamping!

Oh Angie! This card is amazing! I love all the details, especially the tissue paper! I never would have thought of this! Thanks for playing along with us!
What an awesome card Angie. Love all the elements, thanks for playing along with Little Tangles :)
Girl.....this card is totally RAD!!! Thanks for playing along with us at Little Tangles!!!
You are seriously rockin' the tissue technique! Love your festive birthday card!
Love this birthday card! Feel better soon!
Hope you are feeling better! I am lovin' the stitching and scrunching!
I like how the scrunched up paper looks like tissue paper peeking out from a gift bag, which works great with the birthday theme! :)
Cindy
What a fabulous and fun technique! If I tried that it would bunch up and look terrible. Love the collection of elements too.
Now this just looks "happy" ... the tissue paper makes it feel all present-y! Love the sentiment too, very fresh, vs. my go-to "happy birthday."
We just started watching Downton Abbey a couple weeks ago. Only 1/3 of the way through season 2 (they just turned the Abbey into a convalescent home). Love it!!
This card is so gorgeous and what a clever use of tissue paper! Love it! Thanks for joining the Little Tangles challenge!
Gorgeous card Angie. Love your style! Try some elderberry syrup or pills (found at a health food store) for that bug you are fighting. It worked for my daughter who had the flu this week. She was sick only one day. Hope you get to feeling better soon!
This is absolutely delightful, Angie! I love the sweet elements and layering! Congrats on the shout out over Little Tangles!
