Gypsies, lesson plans,Valentines, etc.

Happy Sunday! Here are the gypsies! lol! It's funny because when I left the house I felt so trampy and ridiculous, but now in the photo I don't seem that different...I'm even wearing black and white like I always do! What did help was the addition of that silver belly-dancing scarf around my waist...one of the parents happened to have three of them in her car and loaned them to us! The little girls were telling me, "You look so pretty" and I wanted to say, "No! I'm a gypsy ho!" That's what dh was calling me anyway!

Do you see that silver ball sitting on the table? That was our "crystal ball." The funniest thing, though, was when one little boy asked, "Is that a Magic 8 ball covered in glitter?" And it was! lol!

Well, I don't have anything stampy to share yet, mainly because of writing lesson plans and making manipulatives for school tomorrow. I really shouldn't complain, because this is the first time I've done it all year...a huge bonus of my RTI position this year. But the bosses asked me to model teach 3rd grade math this week (I'll spare you the details), so back in the trenches for me! lol! It's just not right when you're stamping desk looks like this all weekend:

I'll leave you with a Valentine dh brought me. I thought it was so sweet because he knows how much I love and collect vintage postcards:

But then I looked all the way down and read the whole thing:

Is that a hoot or what?! He printed it out from an email at work. After that, I didn't even bother giving him the owl Valentine card I showed y'all yesterday! lol!

Hope you're having a great weekend! Maybe I'll get done and have time to stamp before bed, I hope! Thanks for stopping by! Hugs and happy stamping!

That Valentine IS funny! I have a gold belly-dancing scarf. About 7 years ago, some of my girlfriends and I took a bell-dancing class. It was hard...it was a good ab workout.

Angie, you look pretty hot as a gypsy ho! And I LOVE the valentine. My Loonie Stampers call each other that but it is a term of endearment in our case! Or so I hope so! LOL
Thanks for the giggle!

So I have a knack for getting cute guys, huh? They're all accidents. They all showed up when I wasn't looking :p The 2nd one... he was drunk when he picked me out of the many girls in the club that night, ha ha...
