I used some yummy paper and die-cut stickers from October Afternoon's Cakewalk line and embossed them with the Stampin' Up Argyle embossing folder for my card. I never seem to have enough birthday cards ready when needed, so now I can add this one to my stash! *smile*

Oh Angie, how cute is that? I just loe the little cake and the ballons. The colors are great -fall started here in Germany and it gets already quite dark and rains here so love the fresh colors.
