Clean & Simple FTL #145: Sew Glad We're Friends

Happy Weekend! Hope it's been a great one for you so far!

I had a great day because in addition to doing laundry, I had a long-distance stamping challenge marathon with Cindy Major! That girl can stamp and perform with details galore under extreme time pressure! Unlike me, ha! But it was super fun, nonetheless!

Our first challenge was this Clean and Simple sketch #145 and we decided to use a retiring SU set. It was super fun and easy to work with. We gave ourselves about 37 minutes for this one, no problem! (I couldn't say that for later challenges, oops!).

I used Puns From the Past because it was still laying on my desk from yesterday! ha! I stamped the sewing machine in Chocolate Chip craft ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder, but it's kind of hard to tell in the photo.

Ta Ta for now! Thanks so much for stopping by! Hugs and happy stamping!

Recipe
Stamps: Puns From the Past
Ink: Chocolate Chip craft and dye ink.
Cardstock: Crumb Cake, Chocolate Chip, Sweet Stitches DSP.
Accessories: Chocolate Chip, So Saffron, & Crumb Cake buttons, Linen Thread, Clear Embossing Powder, Heat Tool, sewing machine.

So very cute! Makes me wish my sewing machine was actually working!
The colors are really pretty. Stamping on a schedule is something else, huh?

Thanks for the fun marathon and enjoy your vacation!

You did it again! Made a card that has such a cohesive, yet scrappy look. You are a paper genius!
