Perfect Chemistry: Happy Snowflake

Happy Thursday! Dallas has been like Seattle this week...raining everyday, grrrr! lol! Luckily it doesn't last all day and eventually the sun tries to pop out for awhile. It does give me lots of time to get stamping done, however! I made 6 cards yesterday, that might be a record for me!

Here I used that darling Perfect Chemistry again, along with the new Snowflake Punch. I also used the Big Shot with the Backgrounds 1 Texturz Plate for the polka dots on the Kraft cardstock. Do you think it needs a "Christmas" on it? I planned on adding it by the "Happy" but then I kind of liked it the way it was. I would use this for some SU Convention swaps if I had more of those red buttons, sigh. I wish we could get bigger quantities of buttons!

Okay, off to run some errands. I got my hair cut earlier today, it was looooong overdue. DH is guessing about it now, I like to scare him! lol! He likes it longer, you know, and it used to be super short like
this. I love having the power of the hair! hee! hee!

Hope you have a great day! Thanks for stopping by! Hugs and happy stamping!

There's that set again :0) I'm a scientist by day so this is definitely one I'm gonna need to get! And laughing about the hair comment - I had the EXACT same thing happen last weekend (what is it with guys and long hair?) My DH said to me "It's cute, but darn it!"

Oh...so cute! You are the master of making simple look SO good. Wish Dallas would send some of that rain over to Houston. We need the rain!

I have never thought to ask my DH how he prefers my hair. I just do what I want...
Love the card. That little flake just looks perfect. But see (living in Texas, you would not know this) snow is white...
(har-har) I love the card and the color combo is super fab!

Hi, Angie

Six cards - wow, you're on fire! I really like how this one turned out. You are making me like this snowflake punch more than I thought I would!

If you still want to do this card for swaps, maybe you could make your own buttons with the Big Shot? Do you have that die? Or faux buttons with the handheld punch and the 1/2 circle punch. Just a thought... (I do find that the buttons are easier to use for personal projects than for M&T or swaps because there's not enough of each! I would love a big bag o' buttons à la Foof-a-La so we can put buttons everywhere without breaking the bank...).

Have a great weekend! (Four days 'til convention, can you believe it?)

Cindy :)

You have a way of taking a set I'd never think of buying and making me want it. LOL! I really love what you've done with this. I think it's perfect the way it is.

Very cute card, I love Kraft and light blue! I have to go against the stream, though, and say I was looking for "Christmas" on the front, but that's just my preference.

Good luck with the hair debates...you're a cutie, I'm sure you'll look attractive no matter if it's short or long!

CAS - my fave. The big polka dots are like big smooshy snowflakes - and the colors would warm up any snowday. Love it!
