Cuttlebug Be Inspired Challenge #38


This week's challenge at Cuttlebug Challenges is to use red, white, and blue and add buttons! Perfect timing, right?! Be sure and check out the creations from the rest of the design team using the new Cuttlebug Stars folder (I'm not-so-patiently waiting for mine to arrive, hee! hee!). You are going to LOVE it! In the meantime, I used the ever popular, my most beloved Swiss Dots folder, for the stars on my card.

Recipe Cardstock: SU Kraft, Little Yellow Bicycle polka dot paper, Jenni Bowlin Soda Water paper. Ink: SU Chocolate Chip craft on bamboo skewers. Accessories: Cuttlebug and Cuttlebug Swiss Dots Folder, SU striped ribbon, SU Large & Small Star Punch, bamboo skewers, Jenni Bowlin: chipboard button, rhinestone button, & cardstock alphabet stickers, Maya Road chipboard star, Janome Sew Mini, brown thread.

This card is SO cool! The rosette looks so neat on the star and I like that it's topped off with a button. The three stare are awesome I love that they are popping out from behind the star. Great card...you rock!
