Just Believe...with real embossing!

Happy Tuesday, people! Hope your week is going well!

Here's a quick share...my last SU convention card sample with Just Believe. I whipped out the big guns for this one...yes, my heat embossing gun! Y'all know I'm a lazy stamper! Since I was obviously too lazy to color in this image with my markers (I've seen some other beautiful samples where this was done, never even occurred to me!), I gave it some overall color by stamping in Versamark then heat embossing with white embossing powder. White embossing is my fave, the results are always so dramatic!

Okay, gotta roll. Every precious moment counts on my last week off! lol! Thanks so much for stopping by! Hugs and happy stamping!

Recipe
Stamps: Just Believe
Cardstock: Old Olive, Chocolate Chip, So Saffron, Greenhouse Gala designer series paper.
Ink: Chocolate Chip, Versamark.
Accessories: White Embossing Powder, Heat Tool, White Satin Ribbon, Border Punch, Linen Thread, Big Shot, Lots of Tags SU Sizzlits die, Linen Thread, Buttons (Old Olive, So Saffron, Whisper White).

It's gorgeous, Angie! Love the white embossing on the patterned paper and the way the sentiment fits perfectly in the Lots of Tags die.

I can't believe your summer vacation is almost over! School is starting really early, isn't it?! I used to go back to school around Labour Day back in my days, so I'm surprised it's starting in August for you. Or maybe you need to go back a couple of weeks early to get ready for class?

Anyway, enjoy your last week of summer fun! :D

I'm too lazy to emboss, too! LOVE your card though, the embossing looks fabulous. Still haven't worked out what possible occasion warrants that particular sentiment though!

Has it really been this long since I checked my gReader? Or you've just been posting 2-3 times/day? Good gosh!!!

This is LOVELY!!

Man, good thing we're not stamp buddies. Two lazy stamper on one table. It's no good. I don't emboss much because I have to bend over and flip the transformer on. Too much work. I'd love to sew more on the cards but that's just a lot of work... and the stupid thing might jam up on me. I usually use the same colors for card base because it's right there, still on the table, from a previous project :P
